Case Studies

Our first case study considered value stream analysis for customising apparel importer. Economies were achieved by implementing an anti-waste culture to lift customer services as measured by backorders and failed deliveries that needed expensive rework.

Another case for a logistics operator used the traceable events which are generated for a barcode of a deliverable object throughout the life-cycle of the object: unload container, receive item, sort item, route item, deliver item… and so forth. This case provided a keen insight into the circumstances of profitability and complex variants which incurred revenue leakage.
